Women's Size Measuring Guide
Finding the right fit makes all the difference in how you move, feel, and perform. Our activewear is designed to fit true to size, with stretch-enhanced fabric that adapts to your shape.
We use four key measurements Bust, Bust Line, Waist, and Full length to keep sizing simple. Just grab a paper, pen, measuring tape, and our size guide, then jot down your measurements as shown in the images and descriptions. Each product description includes a dedicated size chart to help you find the exact size you need to experience our athletically advanced sportswear.
Sports Bras, Tops, Vests & One-piece
Our sports bras range from light to high support, with a compressive yet flexible feel. If you’re between sizes or prefer more compression for high-impact workouts, we recommend sizing down.
1.Bust
The Measurement around fullest part of your bust.
2.Bust Line
This is the lowest point of a bra or top after you wear them.
3.Waist
Narrowest part of your torso, just above your belly button and below your ribcage
4.Full Length
Highest point of the shoulder "near the neck seam" straight down to the bottom hem.
Leggings
Measure your natural waist (the narrowest part) and fullest hips. Our leggings are made to contour and stretch with your body. They’re designed with a high-rise waistband and sculpting support, so they stay in place during every movement. Choose your regular size for a snug, second-skin fit.
1. Waist
The narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button and below your ribcage.
2.Hip
widest part of your hips and glutes (usually about 7–9 inches below your waist)
3.Full Length
Measurement from your waist all the way down to your ankles.
Tops (Crop Tops & Long Sleeves)
For a streamlined, fitted look, stick to your usual size. If you prefer a relaxed or looser feel, consider sizing up. These tops are designed to flatter your shape while allowing freedom of movement, whether you’re working out or layering them into your everyday wardrobe.
1. Full Length
Top of the shoulder seam (near the neckline) down to the bottom hem of the top.
Shorts
Measure at the waist and hips for the best fit. Whether you’re choosing high-rise biker shorts or shorter lounge styles, our shorts are made with soft stretch fabrics and stay-put waistbands. Choose your regular size for a close, comfortable fit that moves with you.
1.Full Length
Top of the waistband down to the bottom edge of the hem.
