Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please do that by logging in Return Request to commence your return.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Tags must be attached
• Please note that Lingerie/Underwear and swimwear can not be returned due to hygiene reasons
• Sale items are returnable unless marked Final Sale
  
  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Here are some general washing and care instructions for OYF clothing or for most delicate or casual fabrics to help you keep them looking their best:

✅ Wash Inside Out:
Turn garments inside out to minimize color fading and surface wear.

✅ Machine Wash Cold:
Wash in cold water (30°C or below) on a gentle or delicate cycle.

✅ Use Mild Detergent:
Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals a gentle, color-safe laundry detergent is ideal.

✅ Wash With Similar Colors:
To avoid color transfer, separate darks from whites and brights.

✅ Avoid Overloading:
Don’t overfill the washing machine; this can damage fabrics and seams.

✅ Air Dry or Tumble Low:
For best results, hang to air dry / low dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer.
Remove promptly from the dryer to avoid wrinkles.

✅ Iron on Low if Needed:
If ironing is required, use a low to medium temperature and iron on inside out.

✅ Avoid Dry Cleaning

A: Most of our products are made with a premium blend of nylon, spandex, and recycled poly. These fabrics are breathable, sweat-resistant, and ultra-soft with 4-way stretch for maximum flexibility.

Q: How do I wash and care for my activewear?

A: Wash cold on a gentle cycle, and hang dry to maintain the stretch and quality of the fabric. Avoid fabric softeners or heat drying as they can damage performance fibers.
